Totally agree with this article. I remember going to a cardiologist one time regarding some symptoms I was having and being told I couldn't possibly have those symptoms, like I don't know my own body. Needless to say, I never went back to that doctor. You have to be your own advocate when it comes to health care for sure and I'd much rather go a natural route than taking medication, if possible.
